Conference registration and on-site accommodation at MBRS can be booked directly through OCS using the provided form.

Current OCS membership is required for member rates. If you wish to join the OCS or renew your membership, please do so here. This will be a separate transaction to the conference registration so that appropriate invoices are provided.

Student registration applies to current students only. Our treasurer may contact you directly if proof of enrollment has not been previously witnessed.

Other accommodation options are available on North Stradbrooke which can be found here. These options will need to be booked separately to your conference registration and cannot be handled by OCS. If you are planning on bringing children to the conference please contact Chris Dudgeon directly.

Rooms at MBRS are 4 person rooms that are priced at $30 per person/night. If you have three colleagues whom you would like to share with, please provide their names on the registration form. The details of the accommodation are available here.

A limited number of two person rooms (twin beds) are also available at the same price. If you would like one of these rooms please let us know using the field on the registration form. We expect that these rooms will be in high demand and therefore we cannot guarantee that one will be available for everyone that requests them. If you have circumstances that require a two person room, please let us know in the field provided and we will take this into consideration once we how many rooms will be available. We appreciate your understanding of this.
