2016 Student conference prizes

This years conference was held in conjunction with the Australian Society of Fish Biology in Hobart, Tasmania. Our conference prizes were highly contested with excellent presentations given by several of our members. Therefore, additional prizes to our regular awards were given out this year to recognise this high standard. This years prizes were awarded to:

2016 Student travel awards

 

To help cover the costs of student attendance, OCS awarded 6 travel grants valued at $670 AUD to successful student applicants. These grants were donated by Passions of Paradise and the Save Our Seas foundation. We received over a dozen strong applications with travel grants awarded to:
